Manage Proxies - table that the proxy users are stored.

Manage Proxies is new functionality in 12.2. The Proxy Report (homepage > Preferences-> manage proxies Setup> Run proxy report) only provides proxies for a specific user.

Is there a query to see all users that have setup proxy access?

The ones who have setup proxy access are the grantees.  The ones who delegate the proxies are the delegators.
