Error Message FA_WHATIF_PRIOR_PERIOD Is Not Translated in What-If Analysis (Doc ID 2037855.1)

Symptoms

 Error Message FA_WHATIF_PRIOR_PERIOD is not translated in What-If Analysis.


Steps to Reproduce
1.  The current open period is December 2014.

2.  Go to (N)Depreciation > What-If Analysis

3.  Populate the following valus
    -----------------------------------------
    Start Period      : Oct-2014
    Number of Periods : 2
    -----------------------------------------

4.  The following error occurs.

    Error Message:
    FA_WHATIF_PRIOR_PERIOD


Current behavior
To raise this error is working fine but it is not translated.  

Expected behavior
It should be translated like:
What If request cannot be run only for closed periods.   Modify the period range accordingly.

Changes

 This restriction which raises this error message to prevent to perform only for closed periods is addressed in <Bug 14787327> NEED THE START PERIOD PARAMETER TO ALLOW PRIOR PERIODS IN WHAT-IF ANALYSIS.  Also, it was implemented in FAXWHTIF.fmb 120.9.12010000.5.
