On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Manager Views (Performance Tab)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When objectives have been rated by a Manager, the per_performance ratings table is inserting the person_id with a value of -1, of the related employee, rather than the actual PERSON_ID

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When objectives have been rated by a manager, per_performance ratings table should be showing the true person-_id
