UPK: How To Change The Default Browser After Choosing "Do Not Ask Again" Option

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A User with no client access clicked the play.exe from the Player content, selected the default browser, and clicked Do Not Ask Me Again option. Now when launching play.exe, the User is not offered the option to change the default browser.
Is there a way to reset and get the dialog back to choose a different browser?
