On :  12.1 HRMS RUP8 version, BasicDet,Address,Phone,Contact
in Indian legislation business group

When attempting to add a new Beneficiary through Employee Personal information update page -> Dependents and Beneficiaries the following error occurs.

Your changes have not been saved because the following error occurred. : The mandatory column PER_INFORMATION7 (also known as Residential Status) has not been assigned a value.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. SSHR -> Personal information
2. Add a new Contact in Dependents and Beneficiaries
3. Enter person details and save
