On : 12.1.3 version, Repair Order
Unable to create SR for a serial

Serial is available and in correct status with no IB errors, still when the serial is keyed in to create the SR the serial is not recognized and SR cannot be created

expect to enter the serial number and create the SR/RO

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a new Repair Order
2. On The header level, try to enter an existing Serial Number
