The Wrong Line Flow OEOL is Assigned to ATO Model Line (Doc ID 2038439.1)

On :  12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

After applying Patch.18645212:R12.ONT.B and setting the profile "OM: Configuration Quick Save" to Yes the incorrect workflow is assigned to order lines.  The lines are ATO models which are part of a PTO model.   If the profile is set to 'No', then the correct workflow is selected for the ATO Model lines.

Expect the correct workflow to be assigned.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Order Management responsibility
2. Select Order Organizer > Create
3. Enter a new sales order header information
4. Navigate to Lines tab
5. Enter a PTO model where the model explodes with ATO model on line.
6. Book the order
7. Incorrect workflow is assigned.
