Symptoms

 You are creating a lead and attempt to change the lead owner:

Responsiblity: Telesales Manager Navigate: Ebusiness Center -> Lead Tab Create Lead (or query existing lead) attempt to select a different lead owner from the LOV.

The new value will not take.
