Application Error When Attempting to View an Empty Cart (Doc ID 2038520.1)

at java.util.Hashtable.put(Hashtable.java:394)

at oracle.apps.jtf.base.session.ServletSessionManager.setAttribute(ServletSessionManager.java:4761)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Shopping Cart Related, 
 


After recently apply the 12.1.3 iStore ROLLUP patch, the following error is returned when trying to go to the Cart page.

Application Error

The application is currently not available or an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.

If this message persists, please contact the system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the iStore homepage as the IBE_CUSTOMER responsibility
2. Choose the Cart link
3. Application Error page is displayed to the user
