Error Encountered While Loading Updates To AME Blanket Purchase Agreement (Doc ID 2038701.1)

Symptoms

In Buyers Work Bench (BWC), when attempting to update a Approval Management Engine(AME) Blanket Purchase Agreement using the 'Via Upload' option, an error message is returned:

"Error
This action is not allowed. Errors were encountered while loading updates to this AME Blanket Purchase Agreement."


The concurrent request log file for the 'Catalog Bulk Load - Items Upload' process (POXCDXBL) shows the following error message:
