Goal

When baselining a budget the message says: Processing Baselining Budget. Budget Baseline process is in progress. This process may take a few minutes. You will be automatically taken to the next screen once the process is complete.

However, it does not automatically go to the next screen. It is stuck on "Process is in Progress" indefinitely. However, when session times out and we go back into the budget screen, it shows the budget has successfully baselined.

How can this be resolved?
