When attempting to do an RMA Receipt of a Service Item, the following error occurs:

OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR (SQLcode=100) (SQLerrm=ORA-01403: no data found)

1. Using an Order Management Responsibility
2. Create a Sales Order with both return and new lines.
3. Book the order.
4. Pick and Ship confirm.
5. Run the Workflow Background process.
6. Submit the Service Contract Order Process request.
7. New lines are added to Service Contract
8. Return lines are not terminated on the Service Contract.
9. Install base shows the indicated error messages for the transaction.
