On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Wage Attachments/Garnishments

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Child Support element is not getting deducted for an employee when they have a Federal tax Levy

For an employee, the Child Support element is not getting deducted in their payroll where as Federal Tax Levy is getting deducted.

The employee should have an amount of $314 to be deducted for Child Support, however nothing is getting deducted from the employees paycheck.

Expect the Child Support element to process before the Federal Tax Levy
Both the elements have the same processing priority 5250


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot deduct the employee's child support involuntary deduction
