Information in this document applies to any platform.
For some users when they try to open the Repair actuals tab, the actuals lines not visible in actuals tab
Expect that the Actual lines should be visible for all the users.
1. Login to Oracle Apps.
2. R) Depot Repair manager -> Create Repair order and repair estimates
3. click Repair Actuals tab, to Import the estimate lines into the Repair Actuals, find that the Actuals grid to enter the details is totally missing
This behavior is observed for some users and for some it is working fine.
