When quantity is entered and navigated to next tab or field(sometimes) quantity is changed to some other value and resulting in error.
a) Login to Oracle Apps.
b) R) Order Management Superuser -> Orders, Returns -> Sale Orders ->
c) Query for an existing RMA and go to lines tab and query for an item.
d) After querying the lines click the "Actions" button and select "Installation Details" and click ok
e) The CSITXDTL.fmb will be displayed and the Qty at Source information show as "2". This is not updating the Qty in 'installation details', in Order Management
and error "Quantity should be negative for a return transactions" is displayed.
Checked the same in the Installed base:
a) R) IB Adminstrator Responsibilty -> Transaction Errors Processing
b) Query for the above Order and the corresponding Line Number
c) Click on the "Transaction Detail" Button and get the CSITXDTL.fmb, find that the The Qty at Source information show as "2"
And got error "Quantity should be negative for a return transactions"
