ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to update HR position into Frozen State

When we try to 'Froze' HR Position which is not in use for long time, we get error message 'APP-PER-06153 System Error: Procedure At step15..Contact your system administrator'

Navigation: US Super HRMS Manager > Work Structure > Position > Description

Query for Position: <Position name>
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected the HR team can Freeze the Hiring of people into a specific Position.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Position with a start date in the past.
2. Attempt to set the Hiring field to Froze so no new people can apply for the position.
3. Receive error.
