If Receipt Is Having Basic Customs Duty(BCD) (Non-Recoverable Tax Line) Then Lines Are Not Getting Interfaced To Fixed Assets(FA) Module (Doc ID 2040042.1)

If Receipt having BCD Customs Duty(Non-Recoverable Tax Line) then lines are not flowing to FA Module

India: Mass Addition Create Program is not getting Triggered when BCD Custom Duty Non Recoverable Taxes are tagged for an Receipt & these taxes are not flowing to Fixed Assets Module. Even though if we try to run manually, request completing normally but taxes are not flown to FA.

Note: Asset Cost Clearing Account getting Debited(Tax Amount) when Receipt is Delivered.

System should interface the NR tax amounts also along with the Base Item line amount from AP to FA.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)->India Local Purchasing.
2. Create PO and receipt with Non Recoverable taxes.
3. Create AP invoice for the receipt.
4. Interface the Invoice to FA.
5. Observe that only Base Item line amount is getting interfaced to FA from AP. Tax line amount is not getting added to the Asset line.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot capitalize the assets with correct value.
