"The LPN Doesn't Have Available Quantity for This Task" Error is Raised When Trying to Select Lot Controlled Items In LPN With "Change Locator/LPN Exception" for " WIP Backflush Transfer" and "WIP Issue" Transactions (Doc ID 2040103.1)

Symptoms

In Pick Load page user is unable to pick a lot controlled item in an LPN with Change Locator/LPN exception.
Following error message is thrown

The LPN doesn't have available quantity for this task.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Component Item (lot controlled) and a Finished Good. Receive onhand in 2 locators.
2. Create Routing and BOM.
3. Create Job for the finished good and change the status to released.
4. Perform Component Pick release for the job and create pending picking tasks.
5. Go to mobile -> Whs Mgmt Mobile -> Tasks -> Manual Tasks -> Paper Based Pick
6. Give the appropriate pick id.
7. Give the details - Subinventory, Locator, LPN.
8. Now click on exception and select the reason - Locator/LPN Change
9. Give new details of another locator. Then select LPN.
Error message is thrown
