When attempting to query back a record on the medical assessments form where a dff is used with a reference field of LEGISLATION and data is entered in the descriptive flexfield (dff)
the following error occurs.

APP-PER-52994 A value has been entered for a non-enabled or non-existent flexfield segment

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. set up 'Additional Assessment Details' descriptive flexfield (dff) using context field = LEGISLATION and a context for 'AO' (angola) with 2 segments
2. create a medical assessment record for an employee in the AO business group and enter a segment value in the AO context, save
3. Requery that record and get the error
