When running the Open Account Balances Data Manager getting the following error:

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_tb_data_manager_pvt.truncate_partition. ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or
