Questions Regarding Beneficiary Designation Functionality in Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB)

Q1. Minor requires trustee - We have this requirement, and have checked this.
However, when I designate a minor in Canada legislation, I don’t see any action item or any other functionality coming into picture. How does this functionality work? Will the system generate an action item?
Q2. Display DFF on Beneficiaries in Benefits Self Service – How do we display DFF configured on beneficiary designation table on Benefits Self Service pages?
We need to configure DFF segments to capture additional information about the beneficiaries. However, the DFF does not show up on Benefits Self Service pages. It does show up correctly in PUI (Benefits Service Center)?
Q3. Can the additional instruction text / comment be displayed in Benefits Self Service?
We have checked the ‘Additional Instruction Text Allowed’ field in beneficiary configuration.
Based on this, we see the field available in Benefits Service Center. However, we do not see this field available in Self-Service. How do we enable the Instructions text field in Benefits Self Service?"
Q4. The default beneficiary code, ‘Per Person Authority’ - how does this work?
If we specify the ‘Default Beneficiary’ code as ‘Per Legal Authority’, what would be the default beneficiary, and when would it be applied?
Are the default beneficiaries automatically when we make the enrollment? I have not seen this happen. Is that a bug?
Q5. Can the beneficiary organizations be added by employees from Benefits Self Service, so that the admin doesn't need to maintain them? If not, can the Beneficiary Organizations be a free text field in Self-Service, so that it is not a prerequisite to define it first as an organization?
We don't want the benefit administrator to be contacted every time an employee needs to designate a beneficiary organization as beneficiary, since it would first be needed to be defined in the organization screen (by the HR / Benefits administrator).
