Generate Field Service Trips Request Complete With Warning; "Failed to create the trip for the resource as there exists trips overlapping with the given interval." (Doc ID 2040498.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version

When attempting to run the Generate Field Service Trips package the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Action is ADD and the date range has been set to 27-JUL-15 and 31-JUL-15 inclusive.
Processed resource XXXXXXXX, (Employee Resource, 10023).
 Failed to create the trip for the resource between 30-JUL-2015 08:30 and 30-JUL-2015 17:30 as there exists trips overlapping with the given interval.
 Failed to create the trip for the resource between 31-JUL-2015 08:30 and 31-JUL-2015 17:30 as there exists trips overlapping with the given interval.
 Not all the trips were processed successfully with the given action Add for the resource XXXXXXXX, between 27-JUL-15 and 31-JUL-15. (Success = 0; Failed = 5)

Processed resource XXXXXXXX, (Employee Resource, 10082).
 Failed to create the trip for the resource between 30-JUL-2015 08:30 and 30-JUL-2015 17:30 as there exists trips overlapping with the given interval.
 Failed to create the trip for the resource between 31-JUL-2015 08:30 and 31-JUL-2015 17:30 as there exists trips overlapping with the given interval.
 Not all the trips were processed successfully with the given action Add for the resource XXXXXXXX, between 27-JUL-15 and 31-JUL-15. (Success = 0; Failed = 5)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R)Field Service Dispatcher
2. Run the Generate Field Service Trips Concurrent
3. Program completes with warnings
