The System Does Not Allow 'Service Ref Line Number' Update When the Order Line Is in Entered Status (Doc ID 2040526.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behaviour
===========
The system does not allow 'Service Ref Line Number' update when the order line is in entered status.

Expected Behaviour
=============
Allow user to update 'Service Ref Line Number' when the order line is in entered status.

Steps to replicate
===========
1. Login as Order Management responsibility
2. Open Sales Orders form
3. Create a new order with 2 product lines, (Line 1.1 Item A, Line 2.1 Item A) and 1 service line (Line 3.1 Service item S).
4. The Service Ref Line Number is showing both of the line numbers.
5. Assign line number on Service Ref Line, the LOV shows no value and error:
   "Line number is not updatable on Classes/Options/Included items/Config items and Service lines".
