Goal

  1. Setup a mileage policy with distance threshold.
  2. Submit an expense report and the distance threshold is reached.
  3. Submit another expense report that crosses the threshold, but even though the distance threshold has been reached, the customer is paid with the distance rate that is set before the threshold.

When is cumulative mileage updated in the database?
