Symptoms

Multiple byte characters are displayed as question marks (?) for Classification and Attribute Group fields in the View Actions page of an Item Catalog Category (ICC) attribute group.

Steps

  1. Open Setup Workbench and Search for an ICC
    Navigate: Setup > Setup Workbench
  2. Add an Attribute Group to an ICC, then click the "Update Actions" icon.
  3. Click the "Create Action" Button.
    The multiple byte characters contained in the Classification and Attribute Group field values display as question marks.
    The same behavior occurs in the Edit Action page and Action Details page.
