PCMiler Calculates Wrong Distance Between US And MEX Locations

Symptoms
When trying to get the distance calculation between one location from US and one location from MEX using Postal Codes, the distance is not correctly calculated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Distance/Time
2. Select Request Type: Distance, Rate Distance, Ship From Location ID: a location from US, Ship To Location ID: a location form MEX
3. Press Find Distance/Time
The distance is not as expected.
