Symptoms

Actual Behavior

While creating a new item by using copy from existing item, the usage type of attachment getting copied changes from Standard(S) to One-Time(O).

As per Standard Oracle functionality, a standard document can only be referenced.
When selecting a Standard usage document in the Document Catalog, a copy of the document is not made.

Only when selecting a Template usage document in the Document Catalog, a copy of the document is created and the document usage of the copy is set to One-Time.
But, in this case, even though, document's usage type is Standard, it changes to One-Time for the new item.
