Symptoms

Error
Pick Release process could not allocate 1 of item 003-120641-01 for order 100017 as there was insufficient quantity available Or Inventory allocations have failed, and the line has been back ordered.
  Entering WSH_XC_UTIL.LOG_EXCEPTION (WSHXCUTB.pls 120.12.12010000.3) (06/21/2015 10:31:30 AM)

Steps
1. Using the OM Super User Responsibility, navigate to Shipping> Release Sales Orders> Release Sales Orders
2. Using the order / release rule, run the process.
3. Details fail to allocate
