ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

R12-OPM-After patch 20203366-OPM Preprocessor Creates '0' Base_amount Journals

We're on 12.1.3.
Upgrading to patch 20203366.
During Upgrade Tests, Found out that OPM Preprocessor Lines are created with '0' BASE_AMOUNT Particular Transaction.
Transaction_id = 39643203
Transaction Type Name = Account alias issue
Item Number = 73302301
Organization Code = PSY
Preprocessor Reference = 471
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

That postings have costs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Pre-processor

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some postings have no costs and this impacts period closing and hence the generation of account
