Changes Made to Resume is not Reflected for Some Candidates (Doc ID 2041127.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that changes made in resume upload does not reflect for managers/recruiters on some candidate records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect changes made in resumes to reflect on candidate record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: iRecruitment Employee Candidate.
2. Search for job.
3. Click Apply Now icon.
4. Fill in application and upload document as Resume.
5. Submit application.
6. Responsibility: iRecruitment Recruiter.
7. Navigation: iRecruitment Home - Vacancies tab.
8. Search for vacancy.
9. Press Go button.
10. Select vacancy.
11. Press View Applications button.
12. Resume is not displayed in Resume column.

WHAT IS WORKING

This is working for most candidates. The issue is only with a few candidates.
