Goal
When inserting Service Availability records the following error occurs when saving.
Error
Error ORA-01403: no data found
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: KEY-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01843.
While querying records the following error occurs.
Error
ORA-01403: no data found
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: PRE-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.
Steps
1. Using a Service Contract Manager responsibility.
2, Navigate: Service Contracts Admin > Service Offerings > Service Availability
3. Service item values are inserted and then corresponding Product Exceptions.
4. Getting the indicated errors.
