Why When Trying to Save Service Availability Records From Front End Following Error Appears: Error ORA-01403? (Doc ID 2041548.1)

When inserting service availability records from front end after few records while saving the following error occurs:

Error ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: KEY-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01843.

While querying saved record it throw form error mentioned below:

ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: PRE-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.

Responsibility:Service Contract Manager

Navigation:Service Contracts Admin --> Service Offerings --> Service Availability

Service item values are inserted and then corresponding Product Exceptions.

Why is this error occuring?
