Goal

Why is a New Customer Profile when saved resulting in error below?

API Programming Error
(CSC_Profile_Variable_PVT.Create_Profile_Variable_PVT): The
value "SELECT hz.party_id,  nvl( CSC_PROF_BATCH_ACCOUNT_COLUMN, -999999), count(*)
FROM   hz_parties hz, CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B A, CS_INCIDENT_STATUSES_B B
WHERE  hz.status = 'A'
AND     hz.party_type IN ('PERSON', 'ORGANIZATION')
AND     hz.party_id = CSC_PROF_BATCH_WHERE_CLAUSE
GROUP BY hz.party_id,  nvl(CSC_PROF_BATCH_ACCOUNT_COLUMN,
-999999)" for parameter p_batch_sql_stmnt is invalid.
