Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that intermittently sales order lines are missing workflows and unable to progress the line.  Form has personalization.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the workflow to exist on open sales order lines.

STEPS

1. Order Management Super User responsibility (OM)
2. Navigate to Sales Order form
3. Query order number
4. Find line workflow missing.
