When updating an IB instance the LOV shows duplicate system records
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Oracle Installed Base Agent User responsibility -> Query instance -> click on 'update'
2. Click on the 'Systems' field -> click find.
3. The LOV pops up with the duplicate rows
