On : 12.1.3 version, Social Security

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Social Security Archiver is archiving three rows of information
27-JUN-XXXX Seniority Date met
30-JUN-XXXX The employee has a Salary Basis end date
01-JUL-XXXX Salary change effective this date


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The archived record for 30-JUN-XXXX should not be there. The 30-JUN-XXXX record should not be reported on the Social Security Affiliation Reports

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee's seniority date 27-JUN-XXXX
2. The Salary Basis was changed/end dated on 30-JUN-XXXX
3. The employee has a new salary basis and a new salary on 01-JUL-XXXX
