Applies to:Oracle HRMS (Australia) - Version 12.1.2 to 12.2.4 [Release 12.1 to 12.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
On : 12.1.3 with R12.HR_PF.B.delta.7
When processing an ETP Payment which is later reversed ; then a second ETP Payment is processed, an ETP Payment Summary is produced for both - ignoring the reversal.
10k was the first ETP payment done on 15-Oct. Reversed this 10k payment on 31-Oct and paid 5k (instead of 10k) on 15-Nov. The ETP Payment Summary generated shows 10k in the first page (PAYG - employment termination payment) and 5k in the second page. The 10k that is reversed is not accounted anywhere.
Expect only one ETP Payment Summary to be produced with ETP figures from ETP Payment that is post reversal run.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Quickpay to process termination payment
2. Run Reversal for the above
3. Run another Quickpay to process termination payment.
4. Run Payment Summary Archive
5. Run Produce Self Printed Payment Summary XML-PDF (Australia)
6. Run Print Self Printed Payment Summary - PDF (Australia)
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the affected employees are getting incorrect ETP Payment Summary - if there is a termination pay reversal.
