Symptoms

When attempting to approve a workflow notification for CE Bank Account Signing Authorities, the html page goes into infinite processing mode. Neither an error is displayed nor the approval is processed. Sometimes, the below errors are thrown:

ORA-00054 Resource busy

OR

Failure of server APACHE bridge:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or
idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
