Symptoms

Problem Statement:

After applying HR_PF.B RUP8(<Patch:20000288>),
A compile error on the following Formula"PER_QH_JOB_EI" occurs.

APP-FF-34004: Template Information:PER_QH_JOB_EI:0001/01/01 FAILED
APP-FF-33980: Internal error
package FFP41_01010001 tries to create, but compile error detected
Please contact your system administrator

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply HR_PF.B RUP8.
  2.  Run the concurrent program "Bulk Compile Formulas".
  3.  The above error occurs.
