UPK: How to Decrypt and Edit UPK to Use New Database Connection Information (Doc ID 2042936.1)

UPK and Knowledge Center's web.config file contains an encrypted "connectionString" section which tells these applications how to connect to the database.  This section is not automatically updated if changes were to occur that would impact the connectionString, resulting in errors in both UPK and KCenter as they continue to utilize the older connection information.  

Updating the web.config file with the new UPK or Knowledge Center connection information will correct any issues posed by the connection string modification.
