Attachment Pop-up Not Working On Work Order Page (Doc ID 2043043.1)

When hovering the mouse over an attachment icon in the work order page, the system shows a spinning/loading icon and does not pop up.


A pop up should appear to add/edit the attachment.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Maintenance Super User -> Home.
2. Go to Work Orders tab and search for any work order.
3. In the next page -> Operations -> Summary, hover over the view/add attachment icon.
4. A pop up should appear to add/view the attachment but nothing happens.
