Trade Management Claim Page Gives Error When Selecting Any Claim (Doc ID 2043525.1)

On : 12.2.3 version

Claim Detail screen raises error

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = java.sql.SQLException: Connection has already been closed.;

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Oracle Trade Management User -> Trade Management -> Claim
Claim page comes up fine and % query results claims.
But selection of any claim leads to page error.
