When attempting to synchronize flow schedules, the planned quantities for child schedules is incorrect.  The issue (incorrect quantity) happens only for units having a subassembly (the same item number) multiple times.

Flow schedule quantities should be correct

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Flow Manufacturing: Line Scheduling-> Line Scheduling Workbench create flow schedule for org / assembly.  Note that the assembly must have the same phantom subassembly appearing in the Bill Of Materials (BOM) multiple times
2.  Flow Manufacturing: Line scheduling Feeder Line Synchronization
3.  From Line A to A
4.  Multiple child flow schedules are created for parent and the total quantity is much more than the the required quantity
