Auto-Acknowledgement for Emails in R12 Not Working

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Send in Email from Customer
2. No auto-acknowledgement email is sent back to Customer

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Customer are not aware email has been received.
