1. We have problems with OTA records that we cannot remove when for example we have a duplicate record that needs to be purged and OTA history has built up. This is mainly caused be courses which may have been archived over time and we cannot easily un-archive them to remove them from the person's record.
2. Another example is where a person is due to start and OTA records are created for them and they fail to join the company so we need to purge their record.
Is there anyway that the OTA data can be removed from a record that is to be purged?
