Item Synchronization Errors With An Undefined Error Has Occurred Error in Adapter.handleOAGAckledgment () null For EBS GTM Integration (Doc ID 2043983.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, International Trade Management Integration (ITM)

When attempting to run Item synchronization for the integration of E-Business Suite (EBS) with  ITM and Global Trade Management (GTM) the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
<TransmissionAckStatus>REJECTED</TransmissionAckStatus>
 <TransmissionAckReason>EXCEPTION</TransmissionAckReason>
 <StackTrace>An Undefined Error Has Occurred. Please Try Again Later.</StackTrace>

Also seen in the wsh_item_response_headers table is the following error:
Error in Adapter.handleOAGAckledgment () null



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. With Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Submit the Request Item Synchronization.
3. Check in the table wsh.itm_response_headers See the Error:
Error in Adapter.handleOAGAckledgment () null
4. In the XML log there is the REJECT error
