R12.2: Performance issue with Customer Page after upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4 (Doc ID 2044087.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Customers Module, when opening the Customer Account page for the first time, the performance is very slow, the page takes approximately 2 mins to upload. Prior to upgrading from 12.1.3, the page had no perfomance issues.

Also, the slow page performance is only for the first time the page is loaded, subsequent refreshes happen quickly.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Customers : View.
Enter : Account Number and click Go

Click on (View Details), this is where the poor performance occurs.
