DFF for task type mapping additional information is not popup from 'Mapping Objects' form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: DFF for task type mapping additional information should popup from 'Mapping Objects' form, when click on its field.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 DFF setup for CRM Foundation application, title 'Mappings Additional Information'

1. Responsibility: System Administration
2. Navigation: Define flex fields 
3. Query Mapping Additional Information flexfield
   • Application: CRM Foundation
   • Title : Mappings Additional Information
4. Click on segments
5. Complete DFF setup
6. Check freeze
7. Compile the DFF
8. Navigation: Define task type form
9. Select a task type
10. Click on the DFF 
11. Click on Map Types button (Mapping Objects form is opened)
12. Click on the DFF field, it doesn't open or popup
