Payroll Balances Not Showing In SOE And Pay Advice (South Africa) Report (Doc ID 2044485.1)

Goal

Problem description:

1. SOE FORM which payroll admin few after running payroll, it is not showing a custom balance we created.

2. Standard Pay Advice (South Africa) report, is showing the standard balances - Low or Interest Free Loans RFI, Low or Interest Free Loans NRFI and Annual Payment Employee Debt NRFI

The custom balance and standard balances added to ZA Payslip Balances EIT in business group level. As per documentation, if want to display any balance in pay slip we need to add in this EIT.
