R12: AP/ZX/iSP: After Updating a Supplier With The 'AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.Update_Vendor_Public' API, Can't Retrieve These Suppliers When Searching By Tax Registration Number (Doc ID 2044539.1)

Goal

Suppliers are created/updated with the API AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.Update_Vendor_Public such that the Tax Registration Number (TRN) is populated in the 'vat_registration_num' field.

Despite this, when searching for these suppliers by the Tax Registration Number in the supplier search page, no results are returned.

But if the supplier is "touched" in the Tax Details page, the search is successful.

What additional API and/or other action/s need to be applied to allow users to search by Tax Registration Number, without the manual intervention in the Tax Details page?
