On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Generate Sourcing Rules and Approved Supplier Lists (ASLs) from Blanket Agreements doesn't create a new sourcing rule for the following case.

1. Created BPA 'X'
- Effective Date: 01-JUN-2015 ~ 30-JUN-2015
- Supplier: 'A'
- Line 1: 'item1'

2. Ran the Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements
- ASL was created
- Sourcing Rule was created
  'Sourcing Rule1' (SR name)

3. Put expiration date on the line 1 in BPA 'X'
- Expiration date: 03-JUN-2015

4. Ran the Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements
- Neither ASL nor Sourcing rule was updated

5. Created a new BPA 'Y'
- Effective Date: 04-JUN-2015 ~ 31-JUL-2015
- Supplier: 'B'
- Line 1: 'item1'

6. Ran the Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements
- ASL was updated
- Sourcing rule was not updated


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Sourcing Rule should be updated with the latest supplier details along with correct Effective dates.
